Ordered something different from what …
Ordered something different from what was originally requested without my approval. Never notified me when it came in. Did not match and had to return!

Lead time
Specifically asked if anything had lead time and was told all of my selections would be in stock. When i went to get them 6 different tile selections only 1 was available.
