I bought the stand from Cabela's and some minor parts were missing. I called customer service at GSM and talked with ROSE. Instead of trying to replace the parts she went out of her way and sent me a whole new stand !

I received a the SOG spring assisted Zoom knife as a graduation gift. Sadly, the assisted mechanism is very difficult to release the blade.
