Requested a refund according to them it takes 14 days it’s day 20 lmao so what’s really going on seem like a scam to me 0 stars

Been waiting on a camera since September 1st I call almost every day they lie constantly. Beware of this company!

Ordered some engraved SOG knives for a groomsman gift. Was told by their rep they should ship in 7-10 business days because the items were in stock with the addition of expedited shipping. Contacted them at 10 business days because they "should" be shipping that day and I had a deadline of 2 more days which wasn't an issue with overnight shipping. Get told the website is wrong but we don't change it, it's 3-4 weeks just for the engraving because that's the process. The company lies on the website and is conducting bait and switch because they know the timeline is 3-4 weeks so they collect money for expedited shipping anyway and screw the consumer. Customer service can't do anything because they're not allowed to and it's been outsourced. They didn't even offer to refund my shipping cost even though what they are doing is illegal.

Ordered a battery pack and camera 3 weeks ago, received only the battery pack. An email and 2 phone calls have either assured me that I would either receive the camera soon or would have a tracking number within 24 hours. The latest call was yesterday at 9:40am. It is now 5:17pm and still no tracking number. Highly do not recommend their customer service. UPDATED to a 1 star review. Would give zero stars if possible. Called again today and was informed that they don't have the camera, never have since it was on backorder when I ordered it. I was flat out lied to about getting a tracking number the previous times that I called. Will not do business with this company again.

Lousy company. Tractor Supply, Atwood's, and many other companies carry their items. But finding replacement parts or honoring warranty on their items is basically impossible. Had friends use their stealth cameras and not worth a crap. I bought one of their feeders and needed a replacement lid. Well, they don't carry or make replacement lids for their feeders. So, beware and good luck on buying their items.

GPS is one of the best range bags out there. But the shoulder strap's stitches started to separate. Then you try and get warranty support, the company purposely gives you a ridiculous process just to get a replacement shoulder strap. Never buy Now I know it's parent company makes sense all the brands they have are horrible customers service.

For two years I have been charged by this company for services I have attempted to cancel. In the immediate instance I was sent an email notifying me on 07/16/2026 that my account would be charged on 07/19/2026. My attempts to respond failed and on 07/17/2026, at 4:54 AM (a few hours later) my account was charged. My advice: DO NOT Buy Products or services from this company! Please note they have their tentacles in many hunting related companies, in my case HuntSmart.

Cancellation submitted and still waiting to be refunded 18 days later. From talking to the help line this company is a mess. Thought I was dealing with Dobyn's rods. Apparently not.
