Ojo!!!

The tests expired in 2 months!
Response from Global Supply ExchangeSep 11, 2025
Hi Sandra - Thank you for sharing your concern. I wanted to clarify that the test in question did not expire within two months—it was covered by a valid FDA extension during that time period. We take compliance and safety very seriously, and this extension ensured that the test met all necessary regulatory requirements throughout that period.

I placed an order 10 days ago with over night shipping and have not received my order. When I have called to check all I get is a recording and no reply.

Hi Phillip - Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the delay in your order and any inconvenience this has caused. After receiving your order on December 12, we were informed by the manufacturer on December 13 that the product was unexpectedly backordered. That same day, we began making multiple attempts over several days to contact you via email and phone to notify you of the situation and explore alternative options, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response. We’re pleased to inform you that the product is now back in stock. Even though we did not hear back from you, we went ahead and approved the shipment of your order to ensure you receive your items as soon as possible. We understand how important it is to receive your products in a timely manner, and we are working closely with our suppliers to improve communication and minimize disruptions like this in the future. Your order has now shipped, and we hope it reaches you soon. If there’s anything further we can do to assist you, please don’t hesitate to reach out directly. We value your business and hope to provide a better experience moving forward.
