I have been working with Growin Estate…
I have been working with Growin Estate since February. I have a wonderful working relationship with Alexander, my customer success executive. I have received leads but at this time not one has converted into to a client relationship. I have been in the real estate business as a Realtor since 2006, so I know it takes some time to get up and going with a new platform for conversion. I look forward to a long lasting relationship with Growin Estate, and Alexander, to make some money.

I just started with Growin Real Estate…
I just started with Growin Real Estate a couple months ago. I haven't gotten any leads that have converted yet but I hope to have some real soon.

Be aware of this FRAUD
If there were a choice for zero stars I would’ve give them a Zero star rating. I signed up to growin estate lead generation services about ten months ago, and so far I got no leads from them. They have send me a few false leads with wrong phone numbers and emails that no one ever responds to. Every time I complain they say we’re working on a new system and will be sending you verified leads soon. Lies after lies to get by but nothing was delivered. When I asked them about the bad reviews they have when I signed up they said that’s because those agents are in areas where market is slow but your market is booming this will never be the case for you! Ya right! I can’t believe how they got paid $500 claiming it’s for marketing they do for us when the results has been so poor. This is a fraud! A business based on lies to collect as much money as possible giving people false promises in return.

I wish I can give 0 stars! It was the biggest hope and scam I got in my career. They fed me with hopes, asked me to upgrade to a higher subscription.. I still didn’t recieve any leads even after paying 900$ And when I asked for a refund this is the response I recieved:” Greetings ***, I trust this message finds you in good health. Regrettably, due to a negative review you posted, your services have been discontinued. Please understand that we are not obligated to offer any further services or issue refunds at this time. Very professional and responsive team
Growing Estate helped me to sell my house efficiently they connected me with one of their realtors in my area and through out the process they checked with me if the services were up to the mark, Totally recommend them to anyone who is willing to buy or sell property.

Do not TRUST this Company
Do not TRUST this Company. They are not honest. I posted a review 6 months ago and they contacted Trustpilot and asked them to remove it...shame on Trustpilot for doing it. I was promised 40-50 leads in 12 months.....this is month 11 and I've received 15-16 "names and #'s" of contacts (only 3 leads in the last 3 months), which I attempted to reach out to immediately after receiving. The ones I actually were able to speak with (3 or 4) said they were "never looking" and even "we bought last month". Two of the leads I received were repeat leads (leads I got months before) and never interested. Do not waste your $...you will be very disappointed.

I've been working with Growin Estate for the past 1year, and the leads that I got were very well filtered, which has allowed me to convert the prospects into clients and overall expand my clientele, I have a great team to work with, and hopeful to make some closings soon.
