Horrible customer service and products I spent a lot of money and was still strung along and never got problems resolved

Bought a 900$ kit. Almost everything broke by the end of the first grow. Absolute trash. Customer service did nothing because it was past warranty...didn't even get thru 1 grow everything just falling apart from normal use.

I dont see how this site is still operating!!! Complete fraud. It's a cash grab don't waste your money or time.

grow ace has the worst customer service and you will not get your order and they will jerk you around! check their reviews!!!

I ordered a Centurion Pro Trimmer ($8k+) from GrowAce.com. It was short the tumbler, rendering it useless. We had to harvest without it, and it cost us thousands of dollars in loss. I called so many times, always having to wait 20 minutes or more to talk to someone who always said the same thing, "I will call you back within an hour". Never ever heard back from a single one of them. Ever. My first experience with them, and definitely my last. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere. Don’t order from them I order a controller on sept 4 never received a tracking number for this order so I called customer services 5 times and got no help just got excuses the blame put on fed ex which is total bs I will never order from this site again

Worst company ever, sent me a tent with the words GROW TENT writing down the box, customer service hung up on me twice. The tent was incomplete missing parts and to top everything off they want me TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING!!! Don’t purchase from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
