Growace.com took my $1000, then sent me the wrong fixture. After arguing with me for 3 weeks about a refund and how it was the right light that they had sent, and that it was the one that I ordered, and how I needed to send more pictures, I finally proved them wrong, and they had to admit it. I had been emailing about a refund for weeks, then without my permission they ship me the fixture they were supposed to send back in November with no tracking information so I can't see it coming to be home to refuse it. I even have the email stating they would send tracking info. Now I have to go to credit card company and charge it back. Worst company in the industry. Never buy from them, go anywhere but Growace.com. It won't be cheaper if you value you time and a life with less hassle.

Unit worked great for 3 weeks then the system began to overfill the cubes. I am having to jump through hoops with pictures, video's and repeated messages to replace the control module. They do not respond to emails and I have had to initiate the follow-ups. I do not recommend their products.

I’m having an issue with my AirCube brain controller . The timer keeps getting stuck and keeps stopping during the day and misses watering cycles. The unit is just three month old and worked perfectly at the beginning. But now They are refusing to replace a faulty timer because They want me to video record when it happens, how it happens, so they can troubleshoot.I don’t need their troubleshooting because I know that the timer is faulty. But no, they want me to sit next to the timer with video camera 24hrs and wait for it to happen! What a nonsense! What a bunch of crooks! Are they trying to make you hate them? I guess so. Their support is a joke and non existent. Avoid this company and don’t buy from them because they do not support what they sell no matter what they say on their website.Confirmed…..Horrible customer service! Lesson learned the hard way for not trusting the previous reviewers.

They sent me a used unit, then tried to charge me to send it back and reshelf it. There is no quality assurance, and customer service is, quite literally, the WORST I’ve ever experienced. I wouldn’t use their products if they gave it to me for free.

Ordered hps lights from growace. One of the lights wouldn’t work but they just kept sending new bulbs…didn’t solve the problem. And their customer service is trash….sorry is someone named Earl tries to “help” you won’t get very far. Bottom line is they took my money and haven’t provided me with a working product. STAY AWAY from this company

GrowAce called FedEx (per Fed Ex) on my delivery day and canceled my shipment! They proceeded to tell me the package was still coming and that I should sit home every day to sign for it. What a bunch of crooks. Customer service was a joke. Run away from these jokers…..they don’t know how to run a business.

Horrible customer service As I ordered a light, which I was told was in stock, I received an email several days later saying they made a mistake and it wasn't in stock. On month later, after being told several weeks in a row that I'd have it that week, I was lied to and told order was on its way. 5 days later, order hasn't been shipped, just fed ex label created, tried to get company to swap with a similar product, not helpful in the slightest and not willing to work with me. Buyer beware. I'll never do business there again, prices are highest around too from what I found after shopping a bit.

Biggest Butt-Jam on the planet. As so many have expressed, this is the worst site I have ever done business with. Customer service is nonexistent. Bought a bulb. As soon as I placed the order, received an email confirmation and directly after came one requesting a rating, as if they had done me a great service by accepting my order. Received another email a week later telling me that the order had shipped. It was delivered at about the same time. There was no fragile or handle with care labels and the bulb was broken. Immediately contacted customer support, was advised to take photos and send, which I did. This was at the end of August. Have made numerous calls and still getting the runaround. They obviously don’t have supervisors as they would not let me talk to them. Totally frustrated!
