Gold Seal Online Ground School provided an excellent learning environment for me and when I had a question, promptly and efficiently answered it. Their program got me to the level I needed to be and gave me the confidence I needed to take and pass the FAA Part 107 the first time. Of course, as with anything, you get what you put into it, but their program delivered a solid learning tool and enabled me to do my part! Much appreciated Gold Seal!

I chose Golden Seal Ground Schools to help me prepare for the FAA Part 107 Knowledge Test based on a recommendation from a colleague at another university. I am pleased to report a very positive training experience, and a positive outcome. My colleagues and I all used Golden Seal's UAV Ground School, recently passed the FAA Part 107 exam, and received our Remote Pilot Airmen Certificates. Golden Seal's courses are well structured, and the lessons make the content accessible to a wide array knowledge levels and backgrounds (e.g. professors, undergraduates, practitioners, etc.) The Review Quizzes at the end of many lessons helped me retain information, and the ability to repeat the quizzes was instrumental to my success on the Part 107 exam. My only recommendation for improvement to Golden Seal's course would be to expand the question bank for the lesson quizzes, and randomly select questions from the lesson bank for each new quiz attempt. The randomization of question order is helpful, but changing the questions in each attempt would help reduce rote memorization and promote more conceptual understanding and long-term knowledge retention. Overall, I highly recommend Golden Seal's UAV Ground School for anyone considering a Part 107 certification, and/or interested in understanding the basic mechanics, regulations, and responsibilities of remote flight operations. The course was well-designed, well-executed, and was largely responsible for my passing score on the Part 107 exam.

Gold Seal has been a great ally navigating me through the preparation for my 107 certification. Gold seal has made a complicated difficult endeavor so much easier and so much more efficient then other schools. If a person goes to YouTube and looks up educational schools that will help one study for the test. You will see many sample videos of a number of other schools that do you not have a focused curriculum. The narrators aren’t focused, the graphics are perhaps a little sketchy. And most don’t provide the Thoughtful explanation of the material, flashcards, quizzes, testing and support. I feel personally that gold seal is probably going to appeal to most people. Curriculum was organized and easy to follow. Material is what you needed to know for the FAA test. I scored a 92%. Gold Seal didn't have broadcasting in the lectures as it is a new regulation. Two questions were on broadcasting. All in all well worth the money!

Super well done content and a very useful tool set to study with. Best I could find! And I passed the 107 well.

Gold Seal online ground school was fantastic, highly recommend its online learning styles. helped me pass the FAA written test this morning, the course with combination reading, video animation & lectures along with the quizzes and practice tests really cement in the knowledge.

Without a Doubt the main reason I passed my PPL written and Check Ride. If you are starting to fly or your need to review for your BFR you need to check out Gold Seal. Russ and his team stepped in at a time I was ready to give up, I failed my written the first attempt (say what you want) I was ready but I have always gotten nervous when taking tests and just do not do well on timed tests. After a week of review with my CFI and using Gold Seal Ground School I passed. When reviewing for my check ride Russ and his team were there to answer question and the ease of use of their system, helped me pass my Check Ride with flying colors. I felt confident and prepared. There were some things I learned while reviewing that either I had forgotten or just never clicked. Russ will point you right to where you need to go to over come the obstacles you feel you have! I give them a A++ 100% great course and I tried 2 others before Gold Seal.

I am probably the worlds most picky skeptic. I had used Gold Seal to work towards my private pilot cert, and was pleased to find out they had a course specific to UAV as well. I studied off and on when I had time, for about 4 weeks. I took my test today and scored a 93%!! The course is designed so well, laid out in a way that builds knowledge rather than jumping all over the place. Concepts are explained in detail with graphics, hints, comments, and ways to reach out if you still don't get it. (quickly, WITH actual instructor responses!) There are tracked quizzes for each section to check your retention, practice exams, practice final, etc. You can check your status and see how you're growing and where you need a little more work. Don't second guess yourself, you won't regret taking this course.
