Gold Seal Ground SchoolsReviews of groundschool.com

Excellent product. Thoughtfully structured for a comprehensive learning experience.

I used Gold Seal Online Ground School for my Private Pilot training, and I can confidently give it a 5-star rating! The course is exceptionally well-designed, making complex aviation concepts accessible and engaging. The course structure is perfect for self-paced learning, with bite-sized modules that fit into my busy schedule. I scored a 88% on my written test, and I credit Gold Seal’s comprehensive content and its practice test mode. The ability to access lessons on any device was a huge plus, though I found the experience best on a larger screen. The support from Gold Seal’s team, including direct access to instructors like Russell Still, was outstanding. They were responsive and genuinely invested in my progress. Whether you’re a beginner or advancing to Instrument or Commercial ratings, Gold Seal delivers top-notch training that goes beyond test prep to build real-world piloting skills. I highly recommend Gold Seal to anyone pursuing their pilot’s license—it’s engaging, effective, and worth every penny!

I am dipping my toe back into flying after being away for years. I looked over all the top Ground Schools and Gold Seal outranked them all with top-notch graphics, narration, presentations and content and affordability. The training staff has great camera-presence, diction, and the right amount of seriousness and brevity. You get Wings Credit ! You can get a printed-out certificate that you passed the course and that you are ready for your FAA-written. This helps prove to my flight instructor (who is giving me my Flight Review) that I participated in a great ground school. Thanks to Russ and the Staff at Gold Seal ! You are making me a safer and more serious pilot. Sincerely, Hank D. Awesome ground school program!

This course is easy to follow and understanding all the FAA information is a breeze. I first started off with the trial and once I finished it, I bought the full course. The animated slides and videos really helped.
