I am happy to share that the customer service department went above and beyond to address my questions and concerns. I actually sent an email last Sunday afternoon, 8/6/23, expecting to hear back during the week, but much to my astonishment, I received a 'live' email response within minutes. This company is extremely professional, caring, and thoughtful, qualities that are very hard to come by in today's world. Unfortunately, I had to urgently cancel my order due to unforeseen financial issues that suddenly came up. I followed the steps from the website and sent an e-mail to Grounding requesting an order cancellation. They responded within 24 hours and completely refunded my purchase. Made my first purchase and after a few days, sleeping well. I just ordered the fitted sheet and a pillow case as well. I believe in the science but condo living doesn't allow for the opportunity to just go barefoot very often. Communications from the company are great. Quality product!
