6 stars. Grace went above and beyond my satisfaction in customer service. That means the world these days. One day I called with a question,kind of complicated …the person that answered the phone never put me on hold- took care of my inquiry, like back before you had to go thru pushing this or that number trying to get ahold of an actual person to talk to, never transferred me. She owned it. Made my day. Very nice company to do business with !
