They are decent sheets, but y’all understand that the whole grounding thing is complete nonsense, right? Please don’t believe the nonsense you hear on social media. I tried the sheets just to prove a point and guess what…they are just sheets!

9/9/25 Still in the process of trying to send back 2 (K and Q) grounding sheets. Was told to send them to Germany, then send copy of the receipt and id get my refund. One problem, it cost $350. to send the two back. OUTRAGEOUS!!! The return address from where they were sent was California. What’s Wrong with this picture? A scam in the works? Leaves me wondering. After reading this reviews I’m perplexed. My experience with them is not over. Just a warning to future purchasers, BEWARE.

I received my grounding sheet and pillowcase in February 2025 and wanted to give it a good try to see if it made any difference. I was excited and hoping to finally wake up refreshed and if not pain-free pain reduced. It has now been 4 months and zero effect. Another wasted effort.

I don't recommend this company and strongly question their integrity. I ordered a set of sheets and a pillowcase on 3/7, noting the "90-day money back guarantee" and figured I'd try them out. When I placed the order, the checkout page noted that I had "Express shipping" of 5-7 days. After about 8 days I still didn't get my order; when I reached out, they said they "understood my confusion" but that "the total expected delivery time is typically 14-16 days from the date of your purchase, depending on your location." So that was the first red flag. When I finally got my sheets (2 weeks after ordering), they felt very cheap and low quality. They wrinkled badly after following the washing instructions. My husband and I tried sleeping on them for several nights, and they were not breathable at all, nor did they help our sleep. They note under their refund policy "We have a 90-day risk-free return policy, which means you can return your order for any reason during the 90 days after delivery. To start a return, you can email us. We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package." However, when I reached out to get said shipping label, they told me that shipping labels are only provided for customers that request to cancel within 24 hours after placing the order. I looked into it, and the cost to ship the sheets back to Germany is $90 at minimum. This is over half of what I paid for them! When I voiced my concerns that their wording is deceptive, they stated "We acknowledge that the wording on our website may not have been as clear as it should be, and we truly regret any misunderstanding this may have caused." Basically, too bad so sad. Final red flag - I published a 2 star review on the quality of the sheets, and it was never published to their website. If you look at the reviews on their website, there are ZERO reviews of 3 stars or under. It's quite obvious that they don't publish those - yet another red flag. I highly recommend purchasing from another U.S. based grounding company - this one has very low honesty/integrity. They acknowledge that their wording is deceiving but certainly aren't changing it. I'm hoping that in writing this review, I can save others from making the same mistake I did...now I'm stuck with poor quality sheets that are not comfortable, nor do they produce the results as claimed.

FINAL UPDATE: Persistence paid off! After numerous emails back and forth, standing firm in my request for a refund, it was finally received today. Thank you, Grounding Official, for finally showing some integrity. I have changed my rating from 1 star to 2 stars; the product did not work for me, but at least they finally honoured their published return policy. A lesson to all of us: read the fine print, take screenshots, and be persistent! UPDATE: Grounding Official has replied to my initial review, and made it seem like they are a caring company. Do not be fooled! I DID reach out to support initially. I continue to correspond with them, and they continue to REFUSE to honor the return policy as spelled out on their website. DO NOT deal with this company! They have no integrity. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I tried to return this because it did not work for me at all after a month of continuous use, and was told that they no longer provide a return shipping label, even though their website clearly states that this is their return policy/practice. The return shipping would have cost me 50% more than the sheet cost! False advertising, in that the product did NOT work, plus a complete lack of integrity in not standing behind their published return policy. Stay away!!

The sheet fits a queen size well. It really seemed to work for my husband and I until the first wash. I followed the washing instructions as indicated. Now neither one of us notice any difference. Also the material is not ideal. It pills. Makes it feels like there is sand on the sheet. Would not buy again. A lot of money.
