DO NOT PURCHASE. I had an order placed without my consent, though I was able (or so I thought) to immediately cancel it. I was told via email reply order was not canceled, had already shipped (from China, I believe) and once I receive it I should “feel free to reach out with any questions” Customer service appears nonexistent, and from reading other reviews it appears that the refund/return policy is a scam as well. I am placing the charges in dispute and will update once resolved. In the meantime, with so many reputable companies available to purchase from there does not appear to any reason to purchase from Groundinofficial.com

I bought my sheets at least 2 years ago and use them regularly. Unfortunately, we have not experienced any difference. I love the idea of grounding and we go outside to do so as much as we can. Due to the price point and the lack of results, I am not happy with this purchase. I bought 2 sets one for us and one for my son who also has not really experienced a benefit. A lot of money spent for lack luster results.

Purchased the Grounding Mat. The website is easy and the product was on sale, so the price was reasonable. Purchased because my friend said it helped her neuropathy and sleep. However the rubber smell is very strong. Even allowing it to air out for over a week beside an air purifier or outdoors, the smell remains the same and there has been no noticeable change even months later. I have sensitivities and for that reason I would not recommend the product. That and I did try it for a week. No improvement in my neuropathy or sleep. Gave it to my sister. She hasn’t noticed any improvement in her sleep or arthritis pain after using it for a month. But despite the above I recently purchased a sheet. Again based on my friend’s comments. I really like the concept.

These are advertised as a set. I purchased the king-sized and it's only one fitted bottom sheet. Not a set as advertised. I dint appreciate being lied to. At least if I order with Amazon, I can return it. Now with this company, I'm stuck with a $180 bad purchase.

Felt no difference . Then wire broke so no chance to see if it works

I guess I must be in really bad shape with my chronic joint inflammation, cuz I can’t detect any benefit from my grounding sheets/pillowcases. Also one of the snaps popped off. But they replaced it, free of any charge. I’ve been using this stuff about a year. I was hoping for a miracle. Lol

Well, I could probably give it 2-stars because the sheets are pretty comfortable, but as a grounding sheet, they are really bad. Used them for 3-4 months and received zero positive affects. I tested the connection multiple times and it said it was good, but received no benefits. So they ended up being very expensive plain sheets :( Would never buy again

Stay away. I bought these sheets from Grounding Official because I felt comfortable with their advertised 90-day money-back guarantee. After following care instructions and using them for over two months (contacting support several times to make sure I was doing everything right), I noticed no improvement in sleep or health. Customer service responded quickly but was unhelpful, repeatedly saying benefits vary and encouraging continued use. When I requested a return, I was told to ship the sheets back to Germany at my own expense, which cost nearly as much as the sheets. I was told that return labels would be provided only for damaged or defective items. But Grounding Official refused to provide a prepaid return label, claiming the sheets were not defective in this case. Customer service gave conflicting information about return shipping (multiple addresses to send return to), repeated troubleshooting steps after the return was requested (testing the wall outlet and the sheets with a multimetre), and stopped responding at one point. Ultimately they ended up stating they don’t cover return shipping even for defective items, contradicting the earlier messages and the advertised guarantee. I went through PayPal to dispute the transaction.
