I honestly don't notice any difference. I don't know whether that is b/c my outlet is not working well or whether it is the sheet. At least the sheet feels good.

I like the grounding pad it does work on your aches and pains but you get sooo hot. I've tried on top on my sheets first, then moved it under my sheet and still get uncomfortable with the heat.

I have bought 1 fitted sheet and while checking out they offered a 2nd one at a discounted price, so I thought I'd buy one for my parents (who live in South America- therefore need a different plug from the Australian one I was purchasing for me). As I couldn't specify it at check out, I sent them an email asking to please send me an Australian plug and one with the EU plug (which will fit South America socket). I got no reply. As I was worried they would not read the email, I sent another email the same day, following up, as I didn't want them to send the wrong plug. But no reply. Today I got my delivery, and guess what? Both plugs are from Australia. Seriously upset. Update: My order number was "Order #171479 , based on that you will have my details and email address. I dont feel safe putting it here. Latest update: they requested photos, I sent them, and they have now sent me two EU plugs. Very surprised and happy with the outcome. Thank you trust pilot for the opportunity of putting our reviews here. It was the way I got a reply from them, and for that I am thank you. Thank you Groudning official team for stepping up to the plate and sending me the plugs.

I received my grounding sheet recently and so far we love it, the only downside is the pockets on the sheet are not deep and it's quite snug to try and fit in on the bed.

I’m really enjoying my grounding sheet! I purchased the smallest one (the one that just lays across the bed) to try first before getting one that covers the whole mattress. I’ve been pleased with it, and I’ve definitely noticed an increase in energy, and have had better sleep quality. However, I just washed it for the first time, and followed the instructions. Didn’t use fabric softener, no whitening agents, and put my dryer on the lowest heat setting (Delicates) to dry it. I went to put it back on my bed, and it shrunk about 6 inches! It would actually reach from side to side of my king size mattress before washing, and now after, doesn’t reach the edge. Even have photos for reference if I can figure out how to add them to this review. Not sure if I will be purchasing a king size fitted sheet for fear it will shrink as well!

My experience wasn’t the best but I did have great customer service with Grace and John. Initially I thought I also did not receive the number of connectors because it is not explained that one cord works for both the pillow and the sheet. It has two connectors but I honestly thought maybe it was a backup in case one did not work. Grace worked with me and explained it went to both the pillow case and the sheet and was very prompt in all of communications. Then I decided I wanted to return the product since it wasn’t a fit for me. Initially I was asked to keep it the full time and try it but it did not work for me and I had no desire to continue to use it. When I did not get the refund promised I did escalate to PayPal, Grounding did agree then to refund my purchase and told me to return it, gave me an address, no return label. They did supply an address. Of course it then cost me $28 to return to Germany. I sent all required documentation, proof of USPS tracking number etc., as requested, many times, but was ultimately told by PayPal and Grounding it was not received and refund denied, I had proof it had been delivered and sent that info over and over.Grace from Grounding did stay in contact with me but again, refund was denied, Unfortunately when it arrived in Germany someone at the facility returned it to me! I then sent proof it had been delivered and I was contacted by John saying he would look into the matter and make it right. Finally I received an email from John saying they were sorry and apologized for the faulty processing of my refund. I have received the full refund but was not reimbursed for my postage that it cost me to send it back. I expected a return of all money I spent because of a all of stress and frustration I dealt with over a period of time trying to get this straightened out. I do appreciate finally getting a refund for the purchase and Grace and John were always courteous and responsive to my emails. And I do have family members that absolutely love the sheets.

Well, after reading lots of great things about the benefits of grounding I hoped these would work. I bought my fitted sheet in March 2023. I can't really tell they're helping me physically yet. The frustrating thing is that they don't fit my mattress and keep coming up on the corners. I contacted Grounding about that and was told they only work on mattresses less than 12 inches deep....I wish they said that in their info so I'd know before I bought them! I got a fitted sheet for me and for a twin bed, and that one doesn't stay on real good either. $274 is a lot to pay for that. I understand that Grounding would like a few more details about my experience with these sheets. I'm not really sure what else to add. I can't tell any difference in my health or ability to sleep since I've had them, and that's about 1 year now. I just got a fitted sheet for my queen bed and 1 for a twin bed. The twin sheet is a bit on the big side so slides off the corners pretty easily. The queen sheet is just small enough that I can only get one corner of it to go under the mattress but the other 3 don't go under it and keep sliding up. I just don't like that I spent $274 for sheets that don't fit and didn't help me physically. Very disappointed. The only solution I was given for the fit is to get a mattress that isn't as deep! I just got this Sealy mattress about a year ago and not going to get another one to fit the sheet. 1/3/25 Update: Grounding sent me another sheet that has the "pockets" at 14 inches so it fits perfectly on my mattress now! Yay! I very much appreciate that they got the fit right.
