I ordered a queen FITTED sheet. A flat was sent. I have repeatedly explained the error. Customer service repeatedly states I ordered a " USA / 1 bed" and claims they fulfilled the order. NO ONE orders 1 bed - their site required you to choose flat or fitted. My invoice states "fitted-queen". I sent a copy of my invoice but they refuse to make good. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Update Aug 24/26 they replied after 5 months - they want my invoice number to make this right - there is no way to reply! And I've sent them my invoice over and over in the past. They just want to APPEAR to care at this point - for appearances. I still caution you to avoid buying from Grounding Official.

I bought grounding bedsheets Jan 26 2026 ($159). I took it out of the package and wash , plan to use it Feb 28 . Husband check the grounding wire capable to make sure its working and found its not. I send an email informing their product defective and want full refund as "it says money back guarantee 💯 ". I was told by Natalie, from the grounding well they could only offer 60%refund and that 100%refund had conditions. This product is SCAM!!! Pls be aware!!! Similar products from.China looks exactly their sheets for cheaper price if you really want to buy one NOT from Grounding Well!

Do not buy!!!!!!!!!BEWARE!!!! My 92 year old mom and I bought sheets that didn’t work last year. We returned both sets of sheets back in June 2025 and are still waiting for our refunds. The company sent a few emails stating that the refund is being processed back in July but we haven’t received our money back. Terrible product and worst customer service. They don’t even deserve a 1 star.

I ordered a full sizegrounding sheet only to discover I have been sent a single. I have sent several emails asking for them to send me the correct size or refund me the difference in cost and so far I haven’t even had an acknowledgement

Purchased 4 sets of sheets with pillowcase covers 2 years ago. I myself and the 3 I gave for gifts was a complete waste of money. If they did anything it was less than 1 or 2%. No one said anything positive about the bottom sheet or pillowcases. No relief from any ailments and not better sleep. I would avoid this company like the plague. A waste of money, period!

Worst purchase of my life. Slept for 2 nights on grounding sheet and felt like I was being fried (current going through me). Each morning my whole body aches and had a terrible headache. Had to take time off work. Returned sheet and a month after they received it, I am still waiting for refund. Do not purchase, scam !!

1 year ago I return my sheet, they told me they will refund me..... still no response and of course no refund... contact to paypal and the didnt help either.... Hope one day the company will be responsible. More than one email every month and nothing....

Sheet ripped within the first year and tore about 3 ft. Just normal sleeping did it, nothing out of the ordinary. I emailed the company and they told me tough luck, no refunds. I wouldn't buy from them again at all, don't trust it. Poor quality sheet that shrinks in the wash and tears and doesn't really work at all, also uncomfortable. Don't bother with them at all, terrible customer service as well.
