I am currently weaning myself off of Benzos, after three and a half years, thanks to my amazing grounding sheet!! I’ve tried tapering in the past, but could not endure the horrible withdrawal symptoms, which include violent convulsions, debilitating panic attacks and insomnia. This sheet is definitely a game changer and has given me that extra edge I so desperately needed to help my mind and body adjust to this change. The first night I slept on it, I skipped the benzo. Normally, I would have woken up at some point in the night having a full blown panic attack, but that never happened. I did have some very weird and wonderful lucid dreams, but nothing scary. If anything, they seemed comforting. I’m also normally a cold sleeper, but with the grounding sheet, I get that warm and fuzzy feeling all over which is very conducive to a good, restful and relaxing night’s sleep. The sleep I get on the grounding sheet is, both, quality and quantity. I have slept 10 and even 12 hours at a time without waking. Whereas before (since October of 2020), I was lucky to get 3 hours of uninterrupted sleep. I just can’t say enough good things about this sheet and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is having difficulties in trying to taper off of benzos, as well as to anyone who is struggling and suffering with the weird onset of anxiety and panic attacks, which seem to have suddenly come out of nowhere. The grounding sheet really helps to get me out of the fight or flight mode.

I made an error with my order by accidentally ordering 2 products when I meant to order 1, and customer service was responsive and helpful to remove 1 item from order and issue a refund to me. I had ordered a grounding sheet for myself months ago and am really enjoying the benefits of deep sleep and less joint pain and inflammation from sleeping on the sheet each night. My recent order was for a friend who wants to try one for herself.

I have had my king sized grounding sheet for 7 months. I never had an issue with it but the last time I washed it the snap fell off and the grounding plug no longer plugs onto any of the other snaps on the sheet. It no longer works. I emailed customer service a video I made showing how it broke and they basically said tough luck, it’s over the 90 day return policy. This sheet is cheaply made. Don’t waste your money (it was expensive). Spend a little more and get a better quality product that won’t fail in less than a year. Stacey Marcus Update on my response. Since I posted this review, Grounding Official has remedied the problem. They have sent me a new king sheet and apologized for the inconvenience it caused me. I really have liked the sheet for the time it worked so I am looking forward to a replacement one. I know shipping takes forever so I will be waiting for its arrival. I’m in my mid-40s in the US. I’ve been a horseback rider for over 30 years and have multiple injuries including a 3rd degree separated shoulder and cartilage torn in my knee. I used to wake up very stiff and sore in my knee, shoulder, back and neck. Since getting this grounding sheet, I wake up feeling like I’m 20 years younger, and have not had to go to the chiropractor. Nothing hurts anymore and my mobility has significantly increased. Run, don’t walk, to buy yourself this grounding sheet!! I have told all my friends about it and how much better I feel. I am also sleeping 100% better. I can’t read long term in bed anymore because the longer I lay on the grounding sheet, the more relaxed I get and I end up falling asleep very quickly. I have a king size mattress, and I bought the king size grounding sheet with the extra grounding cord.

Really enjoying the grounding sheet and notice that I wake up feeling more refreshed with a better quality of sleep. Just unfortunate that one of the sheets ordered has shipped without an Australian earthing plug. With the wall plug not arriving in the parcel, the earthing sheet was not able to be used. I sent photos of what arrived and advised Customer Support that the 2nd half of the order wasn't able to be used. Grace in Customer Support worked tirelessly to correct this and another plug was sent to fulfil the order. So glad that my order could be corrected so that we can use the 2nd earthing bed sheet. Very much enjoying the first one that's been used for about 3 weeks now. Thank you Grace!

Hi I really questioned buying these sheets. However after two therapists told me the benefits the sheets provide I went ahead and ordered. These sheets were the best I sleep so deeply every night. I have fibromyalgia and I have never felt better. No more aches and pains. I bought another set for my daughter. I’m hoping she likes them just as much as I do. Excellent purchase!
