Does not cut well
Does not cut well. Buried in the terms and conditions is the notification that by purchasing you are agreeing to a subscription model that you will only learn about when a package arrives weeks later. BS tactics.

I would rare this company ZERO stars if…
I would rare this company ZERO stars if I could. The groomie lasted 7 months and stopped working, no response to any emails for warranty. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. Their product and customer service is for lack of a better work utterly USELESS.

Ordered paid but no product…
Subscribed to refills and shaver on first order but only received the shaver replacement heads not the shaver itself. To date still waiting for a resolve no shaver but another shaver head replacement

Billed me twice for refill never artived
Billed me twice for refill. Never sent them. Impossible to communicate with them. They WILL screw you around BIG TIME. The original shaver is average at best. Overall, a horrible experience. BUYER BEWARE

Ordered a replacement blade for my…
Ordered a replacement blade for my shaver. It was the wrong model. Requested a return, they responded and I went through the website to process it. No option to send it back, just to keep or donate. They emailed me that the return was submitted. No refund. Ordered the correct blade, received it, works fine. Received another email saying my order was on the way. It's the same incorrect blade that I can't use. I'm on a 4 week subscription for BOTH blades now. Was able to cancel the incorrect blade subscription but still cannot stop the second one. Nowhere did it indicate that I was starting a monthly subscription when ordering these blades. If it was there, it was not obvious at all. Have been sending emails back and forth with customer service for a month now, with no resolution. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs.

Utter and complete money grubbing scam
Utter and complete money grubbing scam. Once they get your credit card information they continue to charge for unauthorized regular charges for support/additional products you did not agree to and do not even receive. Their customer support is completely non-responsive.

I wish I could say I had a great…
I wish I could say I had a great experience, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. After the first use, the device caused irritation and a burning sensation. I waited and tried it again later to see if there would be any improvement, but the issue remained the same. I also want to warn others to be careful when placing their first order with GROOMIE. They automatically enroll you in a monthly membership and send replacement head. When you try to cancel, they tell you it's fine-but you're required to pay for the return shipping label yourself. This feels like a tactic to avoid covering return costs, leaving customers to lose money on shipping and often just keep the product instead
