Ok I got sucked in by the advertisement on Youtube and the price, well it is a terrible head shaver and yes I have used other's in comparison. When using the shaver missed areas the middle blade seems to be the only one the contacts, makes the terrible noise when using. It makes this when pressing the shavers against the head. When I ordered they never sent an email for conformation and my order number, I sent email to ask for it never a reply back. Finally received after 6 days. Do not buy, the video reviews are BS, and the fact that they don't have any type of live support is terrible. Just another red flag. UPDATE Finally got answer for my order number, filed a return request on July 2, 2024 for a refund. Nothing sense then of what is happening TO MY REFUND. AGAIN DO NOT BUY, LOW QUALITY PRODUCT, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Please do not order from this website. their product do not deserve any stars: 1. Bad products 2. worse customer service ever I used IT to shave my head and it gave me bumps everywhere on my head. I dont really write reviews but this one must be done to avoid any more scam and waste of money.

They did end up returning my money. You have to pay for shipping and you need to provide them with tracking. They do not accept any returns for any small add-ons like the pre-shave or post-shave. They only responded to me when I started posting negative reviews on social media 7/9/2024 // Scam Alert!!! I ordered the Groomie Head shaver for my husband for Father's Day 2024. He was really excited about it until he used it. It pulled his hairs, it did not shave his head. He tried again but with the pre-shave lotion with the same results. I put in a request for a return and refund - no response. I sent a follow up email, again - no response. This is a Scam! Do Not Buy!!!

This is a scam they will charge your card and you didn't subscribe to a refill you will not be able to return items nor will you be able to talk to anyone.I never wrote a review ever so this is a very bad company that will steal your money

Complete garbage. Inexpensive because it's cheaply made. One of the floating drive shafts crapped out on the SECOND use.

I bought a groomie shaver for 59.95 and have recieved 1 blade refill for 20.00 + $.Shaved once with the new blades and they started making noise and wont turn. Webster Dictionary needs to use Groomie as a new definition for JUNK.

If you want a reliable shaver save your money. Every set of blades broke and fell out of the head everytime I used it. Biggest POS I have ever purchased. Their blades are Hot Garbage and the shaver isn't much better

Groomie Club has no phone contact available. It is impossible to cancel your subscription. I have sent numerous emails and tried multiple times to cancel and they continue to charge me. I have NEVER been more disappointed in a company. They lock you in forever. They know exactly what they are doing by making it impossible to cancel. This has been going on since January 2024.
