Took longer than expected to receive the product. The shipping details were vague, and I wasn’t sure if I was even going to receive it. The product didn’t work well for me it left significant razor burn in the area as I tried to use it. The return process was a bit unconventional, but one option did allow me to physically send it back for a refund. I returned the product and did receive a full refund couple days later I noticed a new charge on my account for subscription that I did not sign up for the subscription was for Blade replacements. I did not receive the blade replacement and I did not sign up for the subscription. I had to report the transaction as fraud in which the credit card company issued a new credit card. This seems to be the only way to avoid any future subscription charges. this is not a company you want to do business with period. They have a bias toward deception

SCAM! TOOK MY .ONEY AND RECIEVED NOTHING

I recently tried the Groomie BaldiePro, and overall, it was a major disappointment. Compared to other head shavers I’ve used, it performed worse than Freebird but slightly better than Manscaped—which isn’t saying much. Performance: • The shave was mediocre at best—not as smooth or close as advertised, and I experienced irritation. If you have sensitive skin, this isn’t the right choice. Build Quality: • This thing falls apart. The materials feel cheap, and after minimal use, parts started coming loose. For the price, I expected something far more durable. Battery Life: • Decent, but nothing special. It lasted a couple of shaves, but I wouldn’t rely on it for extended use without a charger nearby. Customer Service: A Complete Disaster This is where Groomie completely lost me. The return process is unnecessarily complicated: • They require you to send an email and fill out a form just to initiate a return. • The form includes an option to donate the product instead of returning it, but I explicitly stated NO, as I intended to return it for a refund. • One week later, I finally got a response—full of unprofessional and misleading claims. Instead of confirming my return, they replied: “Hi C, Thanks for reaching out! I am watching your order, and you are looking for a refund. Have you returned the item? We need the product back even though you want to keep it.” • I never stated that I wanted to keep the product. I requested a return and refund from the beginning, yet they falsely implied otherwise. Final Verdict: Would I recommend Groomie? Absolutely not. The device falls apart, the shave is subpar, and the customer service is unprofessional and misleading. While it’s slightly better than Manscaped, Freebird is the superior choice. I will never do business with Groomie again. If you’re considering buying from them, think twice. The hassle isn’t worth it.

They sign you up for a subscription and good luck getting your money back!

I ordered the product back in December. I kept seeing advertisements for it on Facebook and YouTube. So far when I use it, I haven’t had any issues. I only use it About once a week on average. It did take a long time to arrive and I am now being charged for a 6 weeks blade replacement that I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR! I received an email at 2:40am that my order has shipped. I don’t do subscriptions at all!! I don’t even have Netflix or pay for any subscriptions to be honest. They did send me the information to cancel it, which I never signed up for that anyways. I did cancel it and received a reply that it has been canceled. This company is scamming people I see! I will be contacting my bank to get a refund and be sure that they NEVER charge my card again. I will never buy any of their products again!

I ordered the shaver and my card was immediately charged. I have requested information regarding shipping date, etc. The AI generated responses are pure scam. I have been advised that they have inventory issues and have no product to ship. I requested they cancel my order and refund my money. Almost immediately I received an email paying they couldn’t cancel since the order had shipped. Requested the tracking number and was told there was none since nothing has shipped. I have sent 4 emails cancelling my order and they respond by asking if zi want to cancel,UNBELIEVABLE Scam company with no customer service phone number. STAY AWAY

DON'T PURCHASE SCAM! Ihave cancelled my subscription many times and they still keep taking money off my card. A constant problem with their customer service email. There is no phone number to reach anyone.

SCAM COMPANY THAT REFUSES TO RETURN YOUR MONEY FOR A RETURNED PRODUCT, AND REFUSES TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, CONTINUING TO CHARGE YOU MONTHLY FOR SOMETHING YOU DON'T HAVE. I returned their terrible razor, and fought for 5 weeks to get my money back. I am still being charged for a subscription I NEVER asked for, and they keep charging me every month. I have fought with them for almost 2 whole months and still no resolution. BIG RED FLAG WHEN THEY DO NOT OFFER A CONTACT NUMBER TO RESOLVE ISSUES. Stay away from Purchasing from them directly.
