I received their shaver for Father's Day.Try it out didn't like it. So I went to the website and initiated a return. received an email with my RMA number telling me to wait for a follow-up email, this email never came. I reached out the customer service through their support emails system asking for a shipping address which I never received.I have sent eight emails all with the same can response but they will not provide me a shipping address. I agree with George H, on here, do not purchase from them. There is no way to return anything to this company. DO NOT BUY DIRECTLY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I’m sitting on 2 defective groomers with no way to return. They lie and commit fraud. Charged me for a replacement head that never came. Did nothing but caused rashes everywhere. They will not respond or refund! I want everyone aware this company is a scam! I have threads of emails of nonsense without a solution! Do not buy from them!

I originally ordered the razor back in mid-May and the original package never made it past originating post office near Chicago. I’m not even sure it ever made it to post office. Since then I’ve been getting canned replies that have been sent more than a couple of times. Most emails contain lies that never materialize. The last scan for the original order was on May 30, 2025. I was told more than twice a new one was going to be sent out but I don’t believe they ever did that. Ive kept asking for a new tracking number and they sent me the original one several times. I’ve traded texts and emails with them again today and I’m about fed up. I still haven’t received the razor.

I ordered this product not long ago on May 1st. It took a couple of weeks for me to get it. The product did not work well for me as it bumped the back of my head. In trying to return the product was when I discovered they had put me in a subscription. I did not subscribe but they trick you into doing that on their website. I had to use my own money to ship the item back to them. It has been a week now since they recieved the item but they have not refunded my money. To add to that, they charged me to send refill for the returned device. This is a scam to stay away from. There website tells you 60 days to return if it does not work for you. It was less than 30 for me. They do not honor what they say on the website regarding returns.

I immediately contacted your support team to explain the situation, but I was informed that I cannot cancel the subscription unless I pay for the upcoming refill. As I mentioned to your team, the original order was a one-time gift for someone else, and I do not need or want any further shipments. Additionally, I’ve seen that this issue has affected other customers as well. It’s disappointing to see a business model that enrolls customers in recurring payments without clear, upfront disclosure. I am formally requesting an immediate cancellation of the unauthorized subscription and a reversal of any upcoming charges. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will consider pursuing legal action and filing a complaint with consumer protection agencies. Thank you for your attention to this issue. I hope to see a swift and fair resolution.

Wanted to order the shaver and got locked into a subsctiption model instead that I couldn't see mentioned anywhere. They purposely do this and then give you no option whatsoever to cancel your order so that you are stuck in the subscription model. Support just laughs at you when you get in touch. AVOID.

Stay away. Their product is fine, but unreliable shipping and don’t seem to understand how to operate a subscription business. Every blade order I get an order confirmation and then it takes them over a month to ship. Yes, they want replacements every 6 weeks and they can’t manage to ship their product in a month. There are plenty of other options out there. Go with them.

The blades on this product did not stay sharp very long. I ordered another one, but it’s taking forever. Since it’s taking too long, I tried to cancel my account and they won’t do it until I receive the product. Poor customer service. They don’t even have a telephone number to get in contact with them. You have to do it by email.
