This company was 10 minutes early picking me up which allowed me to get to the airport even earlier. The driver drove safely and was very polite. The return trip from the airport was equally satisfactory, even in the face of a 10-mile backup due to an accident. They're just a great company. The price is GREAT!

The bus was on time at every point. The driver, Troy Brown, was excellent: courteous, informative, kind and extremely helpful; and a very good driver. Altogether, it was as easy a journey from Santa Rosa to SFO as I've ever had.

Everything was great and on time. The ONLY exception was a rude, hateful and obnoxious driver Justin. He started out the trip injuring a passenger before we departed Auburn Al. He should find a different kind of work. Customer service is not his calling.

After I was abandoned by Greyhound, Groome got me on a last minute ride, allowed me to potentially book into two different slots in case I couldn't make one, and provided strong customer service along the way.

I used Groome Transportation for shuttle service from Loveland, CO to the Denver airport. (approx 50 miles) The customer service from start to finish was excellent. I received numerous texts and emails with confirmations and also updated pick up times. The shuttle picked me up at my hotel. The shuttle in Loveland brought me to a location in Loveland (I think it was a municipal airport) and loaded passengers onto a larger shuttle which took us from Loveland to the Denver airport. Drivers were helpful and professional. Shuttles were comfortable and clean. I felt very safe the entire time. (traveling solo) I highly recommend.
