Super quick delivery service, shoe laces on product were a little defective

I ordered two pairs of shoes for my sister and my mom, and this was my first time ordering from this company. Instead of the shoes I purchased, I received two hoodies. Now, because of their mistake, I have to wait for a return label, print it, repackage everything, and go out of my way to send the items back. After they receive the return, I still have to wait for them to process my refund. In the meantime, that money is tied up and I now have to purchase the shoes for my mother and sister again elsewhere. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was extremely inconvenient. The company made the error, yet all of the extra time, effort, and financial inconvenience has been placed on the customer, with nothing offered for the frustration or trouble caused. For a first-time order, this was a very disappointing experience and does not give me much confidence in ordering from them again.

I ordered sneakers for my husband and they did not fit. Grivet gave me no trouble returning them for a full refund. I would definitely buy from them again.

Had to return a pair of Bondi 9 Hoka’s as they didn’t fit. Tried them on once, and never left the house. Upon return they deducted $15 for wear and tear. Absolutely absurd. They also charged for return label. Will never buy from them again.

Sent me used shoes, I immediately reached out to customer service and they told me to return them. Waited a week and a half for them to accept the return and did not have replacement shoes available.

The website did not indicate you would be charged $8.95 to return something that does not fit (unless I somehow missed it). Once they do tell you the cost, the return has already been processed. You cannot undo it, to my knowledge. Transparency is the sign of a good company.
