Never received my order.
Never received my order, but received a message that they saw my order was not delivered and they promptly refunded my money.

Hi Nadja, I'm sorry to hear this! It looks like you were already refunded for this order. The package seems to have gone missing while on its way to you. We do have more of the Goodr sunglasses you ordered, if you'd like to place another order! We hope you can give us another chance!

I was looking for an older model shoe that fits me better than the newest rendition. Was afraid I wouldn't find it anywhere. When I found it here, I bought two pairs!

Woohoo! Thanks for shopping with us; we know how that goes, when they update a shoe model and the old one just worked better for you! Glad you were able to stock up.

I really would not recommend shopping…
I really would not recommend shopping here, they had a brooks hyperion max 2 on sale, that a friend posted and that several of us in the community placed orders for. Heard nothing for a few days and then payment confirmed and out of nowhere the order cancelled without any communication, highly recommend staying away from here!

Hey Abdul, we're so sorry about this! We're a small business in Memphis, TN and our customer service team doesn't work weekends - hence the delay in contacting you until Monday morning that we weren't able to fulfill your order. We've got big shoes sales all the time - we hope you check us out again soon!
