This isn’t like any other agency out there, it’s a growth partnership. There’s No BS, no fluff and straight to the point - they’ll tell you what you need to hear about your business and your offer, not what you want to hear. Because they have skin in the game, and only win when you do. Not only do they do great work, but they also teach you more about your business and the industry you’re trying to compete in. A great way to do business, thanks GG!

Appreciate this. That’s exactly how we see it — not an agency, a growth partnership. No fluff. No protecting feelings. Just truth, execution, and accountability. We only win when our clients win, so honesty isn’t optional — it’s required. Respect you for leaning into the process. — Chris Campbell CEO, Grit & Gains Media

Communication was clear. No agency talk. Just “here’s what’s working and what’s not”. Exactly what we were looking for. Id recommend this team to anyone who is serious about leveling up.

Results didn't happen over night, but they were steady. That's what we wanted.

Nothing overnight. Nothing gimmicky. Just steady progress that compounds. Glad it matched what you were looking for. — Chris Campbell, CEO

We didn’t need a rebrand or anything fancy. We just needed ads and follow-up that worked. That’s what we got. Very pleased.

Thank you for the kind words. This is exactly how we approach our work — no fluff, no rebrands for the sake of appearances, just ads, systems, and follow-up that drive revenue. We appreciate the trust and the collaboration. When both sides stay focused on what actually moves the needle, results come quickly. — Chris Campbell CEO, Grit & Gains

I had a very negative experience with Grit & Gains Media. From the start, communication was unprofessional. The person I spoke with was rude and used excessive profanity during our call, which immediately raised concerns. On top of that, they missed the first and second scheduled meetings entirely, and then was late to the third meeting with no accountability. I was also misled about how their process works — what was described initially did not match what was later explained. By the time we finally connected, my confidence in the company was already gone, and the explanations I received only made things worse. Overall, this experience felt disorganized, misleading, and highly unprofessional. I decided not to move forward and would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

I want to address this for anyone reading. Grit & Gains is not a traditional agency. Our process is collaborative, direct, and performance-driven, and we are very transparent about that upfront. We also make it clear early on that our style, expectations, and systems are not a fit for everyone, and that’s okay. Regarding scheduling and communication, our team operates within defined systems and documented processes. When expectations or timelines aren’t aligned, we’d rather identify that early than move forward in a partnership that won’t succeed. This person chose not to proceed before onboarding or execution began, which we respect. No services were rendered beyond initial conversations, and no ongoing engagement took place. We appreciate feedback and continually refine our internal standards, but we also prioritize working with clients who are aligned with our approach, communication style, and operating cadence. — Chris Campbell CEO, Grit & Gains

Update: Chris's response to this review is a blatant lie. No funnel was ever created, no media was ever created. The only thing they "created' was a crappy sales letter that a 12-year-old could come up with on ChatGPT. We hired this agency to run paid ads. After more than three months, no ad campaigns were launched. Throughout the engagement, timelines repeatedly shifted and execution was delayed while the focus moved toward workshops, strategy sessions, and “offer optimization.” While strategy has value, the core service we paid for — launching and managing ads — was never delivered. When we raised concerns about the lack of execution, the situation was consistently reframed as a “partnership” where progress depended on us doing more work, attending additional sessions, or changing our positioning. Responsibility for the delays was repeatedly shifted onto us, despite the fact that execution was the service we hired them to provide. Rather than taking accountability, communication became defensive and dismissive. Legitimate concerns were met with lectures, reframing, and implications that we were the problem for wanting ads to actually go live. This dynamic made it clear that the relationship was structured to protect their process first, not deliver results for the client. Based on our experience, this is not a company anyone should consider doing business with. The failure to deliver the primary service, combined with shifting responsibility and unprofessional, condescending communication, reflects a lack of accountability that makes this a high-risk engagement. Anyone considering this agency should proceed with extreme caution and require clear, enforceable launch timelines, concrete delivery milestones, and explicit refund terms in writing before signing.

Luke, thank you for sharing your perspective. I want to clarify a few important points for anyone reading this review so expectations are clear. Grit & Gains is not a “set-it-and-forget-it” ad agency. We operate as a performance-based growth partner, which means we only make money when our clients make money. Because of that, our responsibility is not just to “turn ads on,” but to ensure the offer, funnel, and economics can actually support paid traffic without losing money. In your case: We delivered the funnel We produced ad creative We built campaigns We ran multiple revisions at our own expense We provided extensive strategy and offer optimization support We did all of this without earning any profit on the engagement No ads were launched because launching with the existing offer would have resulted in predictable losses. When that reality surfaced, we communicated clearly that optimization was required before scaling traffic responsibly. That is not deflection, that is fiduciary discipline. Our model does require collaboration. Workshops, approvals, and strategy sessions are not “extra work”; they are part of how we protect client ad spend and avoid reckless launches. When that collaboration does not happen, timelines are affected. That expectation is outlined clearly before onboarding. We understand that not every business owner wants this level of involvement. For those looking for a purely transactional “ads-only” service, we are likely not the right fit, and we are upfront about that. We stand by the work delivered, the integrity of our process, and the professionalism of our team. We wish you success moving forward. — Chris Campbell CEO, Grit & Gains Media

I reached out to the owner, Chris Campbell, to share my experience after an interaction with one of his employees. Instead of addressing the concerns I raised, he responded in a dismissive and unprofessional manner and suggested that my feedback was dishonest or emotionally driven. In his response, he wrote: “Please look in the mirror and be honest with yourself. Being successful as an entrepreneur takes radical self-awareness. We built this organization on honor, integrity, and respect which clearly you do not have. P.S. Stop gossiping to people like a girl. Be honorable and remove that review because we both know it was a complete fabrication. A man of integrity would never gossip and participate in reputation destruction. That is disgusting behavior.” I found this language inappropriate and unnecessary, especially considering I had approached the situation in good faith. There was never any discussion about my product being accepted or rejected, so the suggestion that I was upset about being “turned down” is inaccurate. I’m sharing this experience so others understand how feedback and concerns may be handled. I value professionalism and respectful communication, and unfortunately that standard was not reflected in this exchange.

Alan, you were never a client of Grit & Gains Media. You did not purchase a service, receive deliverables, or enter our program. Your interaction was part of our initial screening process, where we assess whether a potential applicant is a good fit for our team and model. We turn down the majority of applicants, often within the first few minutes, when it’s clear there is not alignment in expectations, communication style, or values. In this case, our team determined we were not a fit and chose not to move forward. No services were sold, no payment was taken, and no client relationship existed. We take feedback seriously from actual clients and continuously improve our operations based on real delivery experiences. However, we do not accept or engage in hostile, disrespectful, or confrontational behavior during the screening process, especially toward our team. For transparency: This was not a customer service experience This was not a paid engagement This review does not reflect a client outcome We wish you success elsewhere and stand by our process of working only with people who are aligned with our standards of professionalism, respect, and collaboration. — Chris Campbell CEO, Grit & Gains Media
