Order #189492 (June 24, 2026) Like many on here I had ordered a cap for a gift for my son. Despite taking my money and after emailing them twice I still have no product and it’s been six weeks now! I’m starting to think I’ve been well and truly scammed out of £35! Should have read the reviews first. Avoid is all I say. If I do get the item i shall update this review but I think I have more chance of seeing rocking horse 💩!

Stay away from this company. Their service is terrible. They are slow to respond to problems. Then they say it is my fault and refused to do a refund or exchange.

I would strongly caution anyone against ordering from Grishko.com. My experience was deeply disappointing from start to finish. I ordered a shirt that appeared blue throughout the shopping and checkout process. When the item arrived, it was white. The product I received did not match the visual representation presented to me while ordering, which should be a basic expectation for any online retailer. When I contacted customer service, they were unwilling to refund my purchase or allow me to return the item, despite the fact that the discrepancy originated with their website’s own product display. Their only proposed “solution” was a 30% coupon toward the purchase of another shirt — essentially asking me to spend more money to correct a problem they created. That is not customer service. That is passing the cost of a poor website and misleading checkout experience onto the customer. The website is subpar, the product quality is mediocre, and the customer service is virtually nonexistent. If a company cannot accurately represent what it is selling, and then refuses to make things right when customers receive something different from what was shown, it does not deserve your business. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

I ordered two shirts and only received one. You kept insisting that I received it because USPS makes it delivered but only 1 shirt was in the package. I lost $35.00 to pay for a shirt I never received. I will never order from Grishko again.

They didn’t get my product to me when they said they would. The quality is really poor and they spelled a word wrong on the sweatshirt. They said that this was resolved but they haven’t communicated with me in a few days. I am wanting a refund for the defective sweatshirt.

If I could give zero stars I would, ordered a sweatshirt with hood, got one with v neck. Ordered red it was wine color. Ordered XL don't know what size it is but way to big for XL. Sent e mail about return then they want me to measure the item, also I have to pay return shipping charges. Not worth the hassle to go through this , I put it in garage the best place for it. Save your money and buy from a USA company.

I ordered and bought a t-shirt and hoodie for my grandson for Christmas. Back in November. It came and the sizes did not match at all. He is in 4th grade and they were big enough clothes to fit a kindergartner, not a 4th grader! There is no way to get back to them. I started emailing them at their support online back in November and just now in January got a response. There's no phone number to talk to him. I sent the clothes back cuz they didn't fit. They sent them back to me. Do not I repeat. Do not shop from them at all. It is a scam. They're in Russia and they are horrible and they will not treat you like right. They send you cheap ass clothes and they will not give you a refund
