Griqos has deceiving practices in their checkout practices. As soon as you enter your credit card info, they magically add thing that you did NOT ORDER to your actual order. Then when you contact them about your credit card being hit for 2 orders, instead of one, they try very hard to talk you out of returning the items that you did NOT order, & getting your credit card credited. They tell you you have to ship the return to China at a cost of around $30 or more. Then they offer you $32 to just keep it. Their company is located in the US, but they make it as difficult as they can by forcing you to ship the braces to China! Their practices are dishonest & they make returning an item, VERY DIFFICULT & VERY EXPENSIVE! If I had known this, I would have NEVER tried to order my 2 knee braces from them. Now, I am stuck with 4 braces, that I do NOT NEED & DO NOT WANT. BUYER BEWARE!!! M. Stein

I ordered a pair of knee braces. When they came they were way to big. Ok I can return them. Beware these come from China which they do not disclose. You must pay for return shipping. It cost me 39.00 to send these back. Braces are pretty much very high priced ace bandages. Just beware.

I've ordered several products from Griqos, and have had a horrible experience. A back brace ripped after a very short time. I sent a photo and was told it would be replaced if I paid $10 for shipping. I did. However the replacement brace was not only defective, but also the wrong size. I have had numerous emails, sent photos to confirm the sizes of both braces as well as the defects. I was told I now needed to pay $16 for shipping. I refused and said this was not fair. It was not my mistake, but theirs. I emailed letting them know I would post my grievances if I did not receive a replacement brace in the correct size by September 1, 2026. I have not received a new brace. I have NEVER dealt with a company like this! I have been told this problem would be solved, but it wasn't. I even sent them a photo of the $10 charge for postage back in January 2026. This has been a trying experience for nearly a year!!

This was a complete rip off. I measured my knee and ordered the correct size according to their guidelines… way too big. They argued with me about sending it back, sent me a long address to send it back somewhere in China and still said there was no guarantee item refund would be approved. Also said I could keep it and they send me a portion of the refund… terrible!!!!!!!

I use auto fill for all orders I place. The software the company uses changed West to East on my address. I never received my order of 2 braces. The company says I entered my address wrong. I've lived here for 30+ years, i know my address. The only "solution" offered was that they will sent me one item and all I will have to pay is $16 shipping. So I'm into them for $80+ and they want me to send $16 more!

Just making sure to beware - the products are not always USA provided and they use "Busy orders" as a veil for 10 - 20 days shipping. The website and company clain USA, Wyoming origins, yet, products are asia based and shipping, etc is not good. The marketing and selling representations are deceptive.

u sent me the wrong size knee support a S instead of a 2x I want to send it back and get the correct size but u people think I should spend 5$ to get to a specialist aint gonna happen

I placed my order approximately 30 days ago after carefully reviewing the website and product information. Having tried several braces and other products in the past to help manage my knee issues, I decided to try the Griqos brand based on the claims presented on the site. At this time, I have not yet tested the product, so I cannot comment on its effectiveness. I intend to provide a follow-up review once I have had the opportunity to evaluate its performance. However, I would like to address my experience with the company’s customer service. Communication was extremely slow to nonexistent. While I received daily promotional emails encouraging additional purchases, my repeated inquiries regarding the status of my order went unanswered. When checking the order status through the website, it remained in “ready to ship” status for approximately two weeks. After multiple unanswered emails, I eventually indicated that I would contact my credit card company to dispute the charge due to the lack of response and product delivery. At that point, I received a brief reply stating they would look into the matter, but no further updates were provided. I have now finally received my order and will provide a product review after trying it. Based on my experience with customer service thus far, I cannot say that I would choose to purchase from this company again.
