After buying 2 accounts a th14 and…
After buying 2 accounts, a th14 and th13. Couple months later someone signs into my th13 leaves clan and makes me a rushed th14. Apparently I was “hacked” meanwhile still having full ownership. And no they did not help me at all.

Hey there, if something like that is happening please email us at [email protected] and we'll fix the issue within 5 minutes. You have a lifetime warranty on your account and should've contacted us first. Sorry we couldn't help but you've changed the email of the account meaning only you have access on it and the only way someone could gain access on it would be if you shared it with someone or if your email was hacked (doesn't mean you lose the ownership all they need to do is access the email and get the COC login code). We could still help you kick anyone who is on the account out but, you were not willing to work with us so there's not much we can do unfortunately.
