Account was good for the first 15 days. Then someone else kept accessing the account. Got in touch with grindswap. They offered no refund but an account of less value than I had paid. I settled. A few days later I get an email stating I need to have screenshots of me logging out of the original account on my devices. I go to do this and once I open the app to log in the account was locked by supercell for suspicious activity. Account access from USA and Vietnam Within minutes of each other. Very disappointed with this company. Most reviews seem legit. Just seems to be my luck that I got the shared account. 1 STAR. EDIT Was issued a new account from Grindswap. Account is good. Issue resolved. 4 stars.

Hey Matthew, please email us and let us know what happened that got your account locked I'm assuming it's because you contacted the developers of the game? I don't see any reference of that in your communication with us. The last thing we contacted about was you removing the account from your device so that we can replace it with the new account you agreed to take as a replacement.

There was a delay in the order, which caused me to be a little suspicious that I may have been scammed. Also they asked for my bank pin when they didn't need it. I was able to talk them out of giving my bank pin and leaving supplies noted in my inventory. Despite the delay getting started, they finished a day ahead of the planned timeline. Great service, and I will probably use them again.

I bought a TH13 account for clash of clans. I used the PayPal option to pay for the purchase, so I had to get customer service to assist me with making the purchase. They were very helpful. The agent asked me to verify the purchase via Facebook, which struck me as a bit unconventional since kids these days are on Twitter and whatnot. However, I was able to make the payment without much difficulty. The service delivered as advertised and the account I received was exactly what I bought. The instructions the service provided in order to give me access to the account and start playing were easy to follow. Overall, I give this service 4 out of 5 stars (if I could, it'd be a 4.5/5), and the only reason that isn't a 5/5 is because I thought their assistance for purchases using PayPal could be more smoother and less burdensome as I described above.

Hey David, I wish there was a 4.5 rating too haha. The reason we do verification for orders is to comply with the KYC (know your customer) it's more about validating the purchase, it can be unconventional but it is necessary to prevent fraud. I'd give you an explanation for each verification step we take but then there would be no point in doing it as people would just find workarounds, it's not something we enjoy doing but it is a necessary evil. +4 Star Grindswap ist auf jedenfall Legit habe mir einen CoC RH13 account geholt und ihn c.a 10 stunden später bekommen mit samt Codes etc -1 Star Jedoch wobei ich einen Stern abziehen muss da es alles sehr "scammer mäßig rüberkam bezüglich es wird mit NUR mit unterdrückter nummer zur "Bestätigung" des kaufes Angerufen sowie eine absolut RDM und komische in meinem falle Paypal adresse usw, Bin mal gespannt ob ich den zugriff jetzt dauerhaft behalte oder ihn früher oder später einfach verliere werde dieses Bewertung dan entsprechend anpassen
