Customer support is great they had given me the wrong password but it was solved. One thing that I thought was weird was to confirm the order they have to call you which I assume is “human verification.” But the process is simple as long as you know how to check your junk mail.
Response from GrindswapMay 5, 2021
Hey Tall, yes we do verification such as a phone call in your case to legitimize the purchase, it usually takes 15-20 seconds but it helps a lot prevent fraud. Glad we solved your password issue that you had too, can happen sometimes but we're always there to help. Thank you for your review and enjoy your account buddy. Stay safe <3
