Hey Sam or should I call you Sean? Sorry we had to refund the order but you used different names (in live chat, on checkout page and your Venmo payment) and did not want to verify the payment with us. We unfortunately can not accept payments that we think are not genuine without verifying them. We didn't ask for anything special other then what is specified in our terms & conditions that you agree to before submitting your order, I guess we understand that you're angry but there's nothing more we could've done after you didn't want to cooperate with us.

Trustworthy Company
Was suspicious at first. But in the end they gave me exactly what I paid for and I love it. Recommended for sure.

Was abit skeptical at first and…
Was abit skeptical at first and paranoid for sure. Handed over the account anyways once I paid. Was told an inventory setup to do for the fire caper before handing over account. 2 hours later, fire cape was in my inventory with a confirmation email telling me I could log on. Nothing on account was touched and I’m so happy and can’t believe it works. I’ll definitely be back in future.

I like their live chat very fast and easy to response. Easy payment method with lot of choices and fast delivery. Not like g2g where you have to wait for 2-5days to response. Thank you grindswap!

You are paying to share an account.
Account was good for the first 15 days. Then someone else kept accessing the account. Got in touch with grindswap. They offered no refund but an account of less value than I had paid. I settled. A few days later I get an email stating I need to have screenshots of me logging out of the original account on my devices. I go to do this and once I open the app to log in the account was locked by supercell for suspicious activity. Account access from USA and Vietnam Within minutes of each other. Very disappointed with this company. Most reviews seem legit. Just seems to be my luck that I got the shared account. 1 STAR. EDIT Was issued a new account from Grindswap. Account is good. Issue resolved. 4 stars.

Hey Matthew, please email us and let us know what happened that got your account locked I'm assuming it's because you contacted the developers of the game? I don't see any reference of that in your communication with us. The last thing we contacted about was you removing the account from your device so that we can replace it with the new account you agreed to take as a replacement.
