I just completed a DSCR financing with the Griffin Funding. The team I worked with, Matthew McCarthy and Summer Castillo did an excellent job from the beginning to the closing. I had done quite a few financing since the early 2000's and working with the Griffin team was one of the best experiences. The rate and fee were competitive as well. Highly recommend.
