Our experience with Griffin Funding was fantastic from start to finish. Since this was our first DSCR loan, we had plenty of questions, but Justin and Mallorie made the process easy to understand and stress free. They kept us informed every step of the way, communicated clearly, and were always available when we needed assistance. The process was remarkably smooth, and we were pleasantly surprised to close more than a week ahead of schedule. Their attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment to customer service truly stood out. We are extremely happy with the experience and will definitely work with Griffin Funding again for future financing needs. Thank you, Justin and Mallorie, for making the entire process so seamless!

Great Team and Product!

Not a good experience for me
The first person I worked with was great, but it went downhill from there. I was asked for the same information multiple times. I gave all of my bank account info up front, but they scrutinized my down payment to the nth degree. On a critical day before closing both people I was working with were out of the office with no backup staff. They sent preliminary documents to the title company at 7 pm on Friday with a Monday closeing scheduled. On the day of the closing, I still didn't have final numbers, so I had to go with an estimate on what I needed. They finally sent the funds to the title company 2 hours after my scheduled closing. The underwriters seemed to want nothing more than to nit pick everything. Also, never in my life have I had a loan with a pre-payment penalty. Now I do. If I had to do it again, knowing what I know now, I would not consider Griffin Funding. Note: I am on EST and they are on west coast time. They seemingly did not consider the time zone difference although they knew from the start.

I was so happy for the efficient and…
I was so happy for the efficient and fast service. I didn’t expect it to be that fast like 5 days to be exact. I applied on Tuesday, closed on Sunday and funded by Monday… wow! I was searching thru google search and I see this website Griffin came out and clicked it. I called the phone number not expecting anything, somebody answered , i forgot his name and then transferred me to Malcolm. It was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend. Thank you for what you do.
