Bad Service, Expired Product
They had a product on sale. Bought it and it arrived. Expiration date was the same month I bought it. Sent them an email and did not get a response. Called them the next day and they said they sent me an email back (never got, checked spam). Did not offer anything for their misleading sale. I said they should offer a refund or credit. They transferred me to the manager who did not answer the phone. Left a voicemail. Then got a call back saying they're crediting me $10. Big whoopie. Poor way to retain a customer who has bought from them for years. Then I got the email and it's $10 off $65 purchase lol. Will not buy from them again.

We are aware that the date is good through the end of the month, and that is why they have been discounted for sale. They have been properly stored here in our warehouse, away from direct sunlight and heat.
