We have a 30 day guarantee and we would be happy to talk with you and exchange your product or issue a refund. Not all CBD is equal and some are better for pain. William, We recommend allowing the product to return to room temperature before using. Due to the fact that we ship all over the USA it is hard to regulate temperatures through the US postal service. I took a look at your order history and I only see that you ordered human CBD patches?
