I ordered online so I do not know anything about your customer service. I assume they are great seeing that i got a very fast response by email. I hope it ships quickly. The last place that I ordered from, the order got lost in the mail and i had to email them and tell them and they sent out a new order free of charge and I got it in 2 days.
