Your staff was lovely to deal with...but, it felt as if your product was trying to kill me. I took the "Complete", even took a lower dose at first, and I became so ill you don't want to know the names I called your company. For about 15 seconds I thought it might help and then all of the side effects(?), took over. I took it for three days and have never hurt so much in my life. Even my husband noticed that I was having more problems trying to walk and that my pain level was way up. Next the stomach problems started - I won't go into details - I'm sure you get the idea. I am afraid to even try the other two kinds that came with the sample. Just for the record a friend of mine with Parkinson's disease tried a different brand and he had the same problems I did. I think there needs to be a whole lot more testing done before you sell this as a "can't hurt you" product. I never thought I would be an advocate for more Government sticking its nose in my life - but if they can make this work I'm all for it. As it stand now, I'm done. Linda Cosco

We are not doctors nor do we claim to diagnose, prescribe or treat. That being said you tried a full spectrum product with organic extra virgin olive oil, hemp terpenes, flavonoids, ketones and aldehydes. Once in a while we do see someone who can be allergic to some plants and or something in the product, much like we can be allergic to a certain tree or food. It sounds like you may be sensitive to something in the product. We guarantee all of our products and are happy to refund you. Blue bird is a great company and we do require independent testing from all of the vendors we carry including Blue bird which shows us exactly what and how much of everything is in the exact product batch. I ordered the gel caps for myself and the doggie treats for my arthritic mini schnauzer. I have back pain at night and the tablets have been no help.Same with my dog.I take two caps a day and give my dog two treats a day.I won’t be reordering.

I have used the oil for my dogs and myself for about two weeks now. So far I not noticed any difference for any of us. I purchased the combo pack with hopes of improving my mood and the dogs anxiety. Guess I will resume the original plan.
