They read the review, took my issue seriously, and promptly contacted me to make it right. Their response was friendly, professional, and personalized. It's great to work with people that understand that customer experience matters, and do whatever they can to ensure that the experience is positive. Knowing that reviews are super important for small companies, I felt a bit bad for leaving the initial feedback. Not to mention, complaining about melted CBD gummies is the epitome of first-world problems. However, they validated my feelings towards the experience and let me know that my criticism was reasonable. They thanked me for the review as it allowed them to address my issue. They took responsibility, gave me an explanation for what happened and discussed steps they are taking to prevent it from happening again. Thank you! --------------------------------------------- Original review: (2 stars) We had a meh experience with our first order of CBD gummies. We ordered multiple bags. The price was fair, and everything shipped quickly. The gummies arrived in thermal packaging with ice packs. However, the ice packs either thawed completely in transit or were never cold. The gummies all melted together into a congealed slimy mass. We didn't know what to do and reached out via their web-based contact form. Unfortunately, we didn't get a response back. We wound up dealing with the issue on our own by keeping the gummies in the refrigerator to solidify the mass. Then, using a food scale, we weighed and cut it into small chunks. The flavors blended together were surprisingly fun, but we still would have preferred to not get bags of slime. Accidents happen, and with the recent heat wave it may have certainly not been their fault. However, reaching out for support and not hearing back sucks.
