I ordered a Red Paddle Explorer 13'2" from Green Water Sports. It was shipped promptly. However, they were out of stock on the blue life jacket I ordered and I was contacted the next day by Julian, the owner, to see if it would be OK if he shipped me a red one instead. Most places I've dealt with would not have bothered with this but would have just put the life jacket on back order for me, I really appreciated this extra level of customer service. When the package arrived, I immediately went to pump it up but the included "Titan Pump" started to leak at about 1 PSI. I called Green Water Sports and Julian picked up (This was at around 6PM California time) and began helping me troubleshoot the pump. Apparently Red Paddle has had some issues with the pump handle getting damaged in transit, so Julian had included and extra one in the box for me (I was wondering what that was for!). He told me how to replace the handle (Super-easy) and I resumed pumping up my board. Unfortunately the pump still had an issue with the high-pressure side and would leak down fairly rapidly. Since I really just wanted to just go hit the water I pumped incredibly fast and got it a little over 15 PSI and headed out to the river. The next day I contacted Julian again about the leaky pump. He had me take a video of the issue in the hopes that he could figure out what was wrong. He had a few suggestions that I tried, but to no avail. It still leaks down. He shipped me a replacement pump the same day. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I have received from Green Water Sports and am looking forwards to doing more business with them in the future.

Fast delivery, but expensive delivery. $13 via UPS for a 3 oz. $40 2x2x2 inch part.

From my initial inquiry to some aftermarket help all my needs were met in a very timely and helpful manner. I would recommend Green Water Sports as a good supplier.

My three year old Red 10'6" Ride board blew out a side seam, presumably due to a gluing defect, on the second day of a three week holiday. Even though the board was well out of warranty and I had bought it at a discount in a closeout sale Julian immediately contacted Red and offered to send me a new model replacement board right away with no shipping charge and an upgrade to the pump and bag. We had to correspond a bit to make arrangements and he was very responsive and helpful at all times. I simply couldn't be more impressed with his service and Green Water Sports will certainly be my first stop for any future SUP purchases.

I ordered by mistake the wrong product (same brand, same name but different use) and Julian found a way to get the windsup I was looking for even if he didn't have it in stock. Follow-up was great and return shipping was easier with the label provided by Green Water Sports.

Ordered Red Paddle 10.6 on internet to be delivered to Idaho. Arrived on time and complete except for the seal ring at the nozzel end of the pump. One email to Green Water Sports and a replacement (and more) was on the way 2nd day air, no hesitation. Thank you Green Water Sports.
