Had what we wants, great customer service

Great customer support. The SUP I wanted was out of stock. I left message on Sunday evening in west coast and got email response in an hour. Next day, they asked vendor ship it to me directly, and I got my SUP on Friday same week!!! Responsive, helpful, nice and kind. Thanks to Julian for all the efforts.

I got my first isup red paddle 10'6 ride back in 2015 and i love it . The service at that time from greenwater sports was unremarcable, julian was,very responsive to all my emails and questions within minutes . Now in 2017 i wanted another isup so i dont have to share with my wife so we got a red paddle sport 12'6 and sure i emailed julian 2 years later the response and service remain the same, great as usual . Thank you guys

I contacted Green Water Sports with a unique request - purchase a Red Paddle SUP and ship it to Ketchikan, Alaska as soon as practicable. I was treated with utmost respect, quoted an excellent package price and given an equally fair shipping price.
