Fast responses (on a Sunday no less!), price match, good product choices, and what looks like fast shipping times, so a very satisfied new customer - I'm glad I found your store! and I really like your "green" mission, and will now check your site first when looking for relevant products that fit your portfolio, Thanks!

Best price on the EG4 LL-S LFP battery, and fast delivery. No need for customer support yet, so I've no opinion on that score.

Two days too late! Due to you guys, Green Vista living using a delivery system, FedEx express. Who’s not reliable on delivering on time cost me $250. Using you as very disappointing would not recommend you guys will never use you guys ever again. Thank you for letting me down. Don’t give me excuses. That is the delivery company. That was your choice to use Federal Express not mine. That’s why Amazon doesn’t use Federal Express! Learned from them. Greg A very unhappy customer
