Amazing customer service.

I recently had an outstanding experience at Green Thumb Depot that I can’t rave about enough! The staff’s attentiveness is truly top-notch—every team member I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find exactly what I needed. When an order from their distributor didn’t ship on time, their customer service team went above and beyond to resolve the issue. They kept me updated every step of the way, offered solutions, and ensured I was completely satisfied. The service was so impressive that it turned a potential frustration into a reason to keep coming back. Green Thumb Depot sets the standard for exceptional customer care—highly recommend!

Coming from a hobbyist background, I had a lot of questions about setting up a new system. I received excellent support from the staff choosing the right products, and they even included a better discount code at checkout. The purchase was smooth and delivery was prompt. Green Thumb Depot has become my new go-to online supplier, and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for the wonderful experience, Chris.

Great customer service start to finish. Never heard of them but placed an order, got great personal easy customer care including email and direct to service phone lines. I thought my order went missing and they assured me they were on it and it arrived a couple days later! 5/5 reccomend.

The best customer service of any online retailer! Green thumb depot goes above and beyond for their customers. Whether youre a beginner level home grower or a full scale commercial cultivator, you can count on Green thumb depot to have your back. They can provide a quick and easy return process unlike many other online retailers. Like I said, these guys go above and beyond and their prices are unbeatable. Sign up for the emails to cause they actually give really great discounts. All around fantastic company.

One of the best customer service calls I had EVER. ED was really professional keeping it straight forward and simple for buying large quantities of freeze driers, giving me helpful answers and tips, I was a little sketched out at first with this whole website and ordering but getting a call from ED truly change my opinion and perspective on this company, this company really puts in the work and effort to make sure there customers get the best of the best, looking forward to buying this freeze drier and maybe a bubble hash machine as well, 10/10 customer service I will 100% come back

I cannot say enough great things about this company. Ed went above and beyond multiple times, incredibly communicative and supportive, great deals on our purchase, submitted for shipping right away, was willing to do research beyond the scope of the business, and overall just friendly and kind. Highly recommend supporting this business.
