We ordered an automatic trimmer and the tumbler came in bent. The Green Thumb Depot employee that assisted us was polite, quick to respond, as was able to facilitate a new replacement tumbler being sent to our location without any issues. Great customer service.

Ordered a GrowoniX booster pump through Green Thumb Depot and the experience was smooth from start to finish. Chris kept me updated the whole way, followed up personally when the shipment was delayed, and made sure everything arrived in good shape. I delt with Chris, and it was fantastic. After I purchased a trimmer I realized it put in older info that I no longer had access too. Chris was able to get that changed quick for me.
