Ed was super quick getting back to me about lead times and availability on a machine I wanted. Not to mention Ed helped apply a discount to my order, turns out there was a promotion on the sorter I wanted so that was super helpful. These sold are sold out like almost everywhere so his timeliness is appreciated. Thanks Ed!

Customer service was unbelievably good plan on doing business with them in the future ordered a ph pen and it glitched up on me after 2 months emailed them and sent a video and they sent me a new one hassle-free. I recommend speaking with Cole Lara. Extremely helpful and friendly helped me through it.

Perfect experience so far. Ed was very resourceful, helpful, and responsive to all my needs. I really recommend everyone to reach out to Green Thumb Depot and ask for Ed. I couldn’t have done it without him. From selecting items I needed to getting it delivered discretely. I usually never write a review but this time I had to inform whoever reads this. This was honestly a perfect experience 5/5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently outfitted my R&D grow facility with products from Green Thumb Depot. Elliott was amazing to work with. He was able to help me out with Lights, Dehumidifiers, Fans, Rolling Benches, TrolMaster Controllers and everything else I needed to make my plan a reality. He worked hard to give me options and gave me suggestions on things I wasn't sure about. He matched or beat competitors pricing on everything. If you're looking for a one stop shop for your next grow build, Green Thumb Depot has your back! Thank you Elliott for your amazing customer service, you rock!!
