Before embarking on the journey to reverse diabetes, I was experiencing a range of problems and symptoms. From constantly feeling fatigued and lethargic to struggling with weight gain and increased thirst, it was evident that something was amiss. I tried various methods to fix these issues, from conventional medications to strict diets and exercise routines. However, the results were fleeting and didn't provide the long-term relief I was seeking. Since embracing the work of reversing diabetes, I have experienced both expected and unexpected improvements. On the expected side, my blood sugar levels have significantly stabilized, allowing me to manage my condition more effectively. Similarly, I have noticed a reduction in weight, increased energy levels, and improved overall well-being. These changes were the direct outcomes I had hoped for. However, it's the unexpected improvements that have truly surprised and delighted me. Aside from the physical changes, I have witnessed a positive shift in my mental and emotional state. I feel more confident, empowered, and in control of my health. This newfound ability to regulate my blood sugar levels has given me a renewed sense of freedom, enabling me to engage in activities that were once restricted. It has been truly transformative. One of the aspects I enjoy most about the work we are doing together is the sense of partnership and support. Having a knowledgeable and compassionate guide by my side has made all the difference. Your expertise, guidance, and encouragement have helped me forge a path towards reversing diabetes with confidence. The ongoing communication, sharing of knowledge, and personalized approach ensure that I am constantly learning and growing in my journey. Investing time and energy into myself to reverse diabetes has been more than worth it. Not only do I experience the immediate benefits of improved health, but the ripple effects extend far beyond me. My loved ones now see the positive changes in me, both physically and emotionally. Not only are they reassured by my improved well-being, but they are also inspired to take charge of their own health. By investing in myself, I have become a catalyst for positive change within my social circle, creating a ripple effect of well-being and motivation. Furthermore, this journey has instilled invaluable life lessons in me. It has taught me the importance of self-care, discipline, and resilience. By prioritizing my health and well-being, I have become a better version of myself, capable of tackling life's challenges with vigor and determination. The investment in myself has not only improved my quality of life but has enriched the lives of those around me.

Very customer service oriented. Positive role models. The whole “meal” deal as far as information, support, emotional, physical, and psychological. They approach it from several aspects. Very educational. Enjoy information sharing with other customers. I enjoying hearing things more than once til it clicks.Great program.

Love working with Tyler. She is not judgemental and always ready with a solution to help you. I've been stuck at a plateau and I believe it is due to my meds but I'll still press on because I know the halt will break sometime.

Lots of help and confidence in my coaches. I achieved my goals using their proven methods and got the help I needed and achieved my goal . I am strong, healthy, and off my diabetic meds I am able to keep my weight off and function well. My life is worth it to me to follow what is scientifically sound and totally doable to get my health back.

Greenroots Living has provided great support, training, and coaching. This is the first comprehensive program of this nature that I have tried and it is really working. I also appreciate all the wonderful recipes and expertise from Taylor - she is really great. Thanks!
