Two reasons for three star review. 1. They take forever to ship and do not give a tracking number. 2. They do not respond to customer service requests for information. I ordered my product from them since they are only about 150 miles away. Yet I am still waiting and on my 7th day with no idea whether or not it is coming.

As you can tell from my numerous orders, I find Green Roads products superior to others we have tried. Unfortunately, this order was marred by the CBD muscle and joint relief cream. I had ordered 3 bottles and upon using the first bottle found it to be very difficult to pump out, so much so that I opened another bottle. The second bottled pumped as it should, and the third remains unopened. Is it possible to get a replacement for the faulty bottle, and if so, how do I return it? Everything else in the order was perfect. Thank you for such quality products.

I like using the Isolate products. But when the gummies keep coming melted and shipped a different way and still melted. I was not going to order from here anymore. Until I found the capsule Isolate and everything was great with my first capsule order. Then this past time I got the capsules they were also melted all together. I tried to pull them apart but they keep popping the liquid out of the capsule. Very disappointing but I will call and let customer service know that this has happened again.

Product is great but rarely shipped at the time indicated on the account. There's no telling when you will receive it or not receive it. Very difficult with auto-shipping. When it doesn't arrive, you can write & they ship another bottle, but you're also billed the one that arrives in the mail very late, so there's no use in contacting customer service.

The items were melting. They were not kept in a cool area before delivery.

I order frequently and like the products. I am disappointed to see my last 2 purchases were not properly packaged in a UPS envelope and now they are just shipping their boxes as is instead. That wouldn't be a problem if the boxes were completely sealed. Spring is here, bugs are out. Ants were all over and inside the box left on my doorstep. I'm now looking for a different place to order my CBD.

I like your product, I don't like the delivery service you use. UPS will not come to my front porch to deliver. I have a fenced yard and they won't open gates to deliver. They throw packages over the fence, by the sidewalk.
