On my first order I made the mistake by signing up for a subscription assuming the product would help with my husband's pain. The oil arrived in a timely manner but did not help my husband at all. Therefore, I want to cancel the subscription but I have not been able to cancel the subscription on line. I have called and emailed Green Roads support and have had no response. I have been able to cancel the next order but the company has more and more orders scheduled.

It leaked and got burnt cause it was auto firing after two days… but they are sending me a new one for free so that’s good ig that’s why it’s 2 and not 1

The gummy must of been made to heavy with ThC. I was sick for 2 days . I never had that problem with this product before. Won't purchase any longer

Your products are great. The delivery contractors are unreliable. We paid for 2 day shipping. The delivery took 6 days. For the past 5 or 6 orders, with free shipping, it has taken 6-10 days after we receive the “product has shipped “ email. I’ll just have to be proactive and order earlier. The CBD is a big help with our arthritis and helps our sleep. Respects, Brian

I've been a customer of Green Roads for 5 years. I love their products. My most recent order was for 2 of the CBD muscle & joint cream - 750 mg - in a pump-top container. When I pumped the top to get some cream out, no lotion came out, from both containers. I ended up taking a screwdriver to pop off the top and now I can access the cream. In the past, I've had no trouble with the way the pump worked. So I'll continue ordering this brand knowing that I have to force the top off. I'd thought about calling the company. Instead I have an easy but unfortunate way of putting the product on myself. Also, if you order anything from Green Roads and they give you an estimated delivery date, tack on a few days more for it to reach you. I ordered it on May 28th and instead of it arriving on June 3rd, I got it on June 7th. Good luck.

The original company shipped in a secure box, this was in a white, bubble envelope; besides asking about the 3 digit temperatures will they be protecting the CBD, of yes, will come in an ice-packaging, it didn't. The first lady was helpful & pleasant, however, when I wasn't able to get into my account of many years an needed to call again, this female was unpleasant, impatient & obviously unhappy at her job. No appreciation for staying with the company so I'm researching for moving on from them.

Still waiting on the 2nd half of my order to ship. Still no confirmation from last week when the customer service rep said shipping would get it out right away I am a huge buyer of this company's product and I know it will be take care of eventually
