BAD IDEA
BAD IDEA I (DONT LIKE) that you got rid of the people that were answering the phones. BAD IDEA!!!!! The new on line service is NO GOOD!!!! Bring back the personal touch… Go back to the way it was … THIS IS TERRIBLE!!!! Frank M
