Excellent Support!
The USPS got super mixed up and shipped my order back and forth across the country - twice. Green Nursery customer support stepped in and sent me a second shipment, for no additional charge to me, via UPS. They were there watching the package tracking and communicating with me every step of the way. I felt very well taken care of. Excellent support!

If you need to reorder we can take a look at your address and typical purchase amount to see if you can qualify for permanent UPS shipments. Just reach out to us the same way as before, as long as your spending 75 or more on an order and are not in a rural area or some other UPS high fee jurisdiction, we can upgrade you.

I love all the products from Green…
I love all the products from Green Nursery! But I really enjiy the pre rolls and flower. They reach out to make sure my order is correct and find out how I liked it.

Great product and customer service
On top of the great product, the customer service is outstanding. I had a few questions before ordering, and they were quick to respond with helpful and knowledgeable answers.
