Hey Norma Sorry to hear about this. Sounds like you got some of lower quality 2019 harvest that are on sale. Please contact [email protected] so we can get you something you like as a replacement. Hopefully we can change your mind and gain a star.

Do you mean it was a few days late? If so, this is a problem of the USPS that we can't control. USPS is the only carrier that allows shipment of hemp flower. If it came early, I hope maybe the 3 stars was a mistake and you'll consider to update?
