Hi and thanks for the review. The text alerts are for promotional texts which we send out rarely. Most promotional items are sent by email. I think it sounds like you were expecting text delivery notifications etc, which is something we are looking into but don't have yet. Regarding delivery, unfortunately the USPS has been running a little delayed the last month due to Covid staff shortages and weather conditions. I apologize for that, but they are the only carrier that currently allows the shipment of hemp flower through their network. So our hands are tied in terms of using FedEx for instance... Hope this helps clarify some things and thank you for your feedback.
